Kujtim Vreka graduated from the Police Academy in Tirana and holds a university degree from Albanian University. With more than 23 years of distinguished service in the Albanian State Police, he served as a Judicial Police Officer, developing extensive expertise in criminal investigations, criminal procedure, evidence assessment, and law enforcement.

Following the completion of the Albanian School of Advocacy in 2021–2022, Mr. Vreka transitioned into legal practice, bringing to the legal profession a unique combination of investigative experience and legal expertise. His background enables him to approach criminal matters with a comprehensive understanding of procedural law, investigative strategy, and the practical application of criminal justice.

Mr. Vreka currently practices as a Criminal Defense Attorney at Petani Law & Tax, where he advises and represents individuals and legal entities throughout all stages of criminal proceedings.
