Hygerta Istrefi (MSC) is a lawyer who graduated with excellent results from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. She defended her “Master of Science in Civil Law” with the topic “Legal regime of commercial activities created by spouses during marriage. Protection of family assets from creditors of the entrepreneur spouse”. Her professional experience includes engagement as a Court Reporter at the Halimi Foundation Institute, as well as participation in the National Internship Program at the Public Procurement Commission. She has a prominent academic and research profile, contributing to national and international scientific conferences, with a focus on civil and administrative law, public procurement, consumer rights and personal data protection. She is currently studying at the law school.
