Fatmir Prenga was born on May 22, 1996, in Mirditë. He is a tech entrepreneur, web platform development specialist, and digital project manager.

Since 2014, he has been the Founder and Executive Director of the “UPWeb Services” agency in Durrës, where he leads the development of technological solutions, CRM systems, and advanced web platforms for domestic and international businesses.

Additionally, he holds the position of Director of Technological Development at the “Petani Law Firm” law studio, where he directs digitization strategy, technological infrastructure optimization, as well as the integration of legal CRM with artificial intelligence (AI) and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency, advising companies on innovative processes.
