Elda Kuliçaj has been practicing law since 2022, and since 2024 she has also started practicing as an advocate. She graduated in Law from the Faculty of Political and Legal Sciences, at the “Aleksandër Moisiu” University of Durrës, in the period 2017–2020.
Following her academic training, she received the title of “Master of Science” in the Civil “Private Law” field, at the same university, during the years 2020–2022.
In 2023, she obtained the title of Lawyer, after successfully completing the training program at the Tirana Law School.
During her career, she has participated in various professional trainings and seminars, including among the most important that of the “Academy of the European Law” in Trier, Germany, in March 2025.
Since 2024, she has been practicing as a Lawyer at the “Petani” Law Firm, where she is dedicated to protecting and representing the interests of her clients, mainly in relation to administrative matters, commercial companies, property issues, labor relations, etc.
