Dr. Avdulla Aliu, has a wide experience of half a century as a lawyer, codifier and researcher of law, mainly in civil law. In addition to his pedagogical life, he was also a deputy in the Assembly of North Macedonia for the period 1998–2022 and as a member of the Laws Committee during this mandate. During 2000, he worked as a Legal Advisor in the Department of Legal Affairs of UNMIK, the Interim Civil Administration. Currently a professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Prishtina and a lawyer at Studio Petani Law & Tax, in Prishtina, part of the staff of Studio Ligjore Petani.
Very good knowledge of Serbo-Croatian and Macedonian. Author and co-author of a number of legal studies in the field of civil law, property, family, obligations and copyright.
